Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art focused on takedowns, positional control, and submissions. The core principle: technique and leverage beat size and strength, which means anyone can learn it, and it actually works.
At Bittencourt BJJ, we train both Gi (with the kimono) and No-Gi (shorts and rash guard). Beginners are always welcome. Every black belt started exactly where you are now. Learn more about the art at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
