What is it

What Is Women’s BJJ?

Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Bittencourt BJJ is a dedicated Gi class where women train exclusively with other women. No mixed classes, no intimidation. Just focused, technical training in a space built for you.

BJJ teaches you to control and submit an opponent using leverage and technique, not strength. It is one of the most practical self-defense systems in the world, and it is especially effective for women. Learn more at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
