No experience is needed. Our classes are structured to bring beginners in alongside more experienced students. Your first class is free and you will be guided through everything from the start.
For your free trial, athletic clothes are fine. Once you join, you will need hand wraps, boxing gloves, and shin guards. We can point you in the right direction for gear after your first class.
Absolutely. Most students train Muay Thai purely for fitness, stress relief, and self-confidence. You will never be required to spar or compete. The conditioning alone makes it one of the best full-body workouts available.
Yes, and many students do. Combining Muay Thai with BJJ or No-Gi gives you a complete martial arts skillset. Both programs run on the same schedule so it is easy to stack classes across the week.
Classes include pad work with a partner and controlled sparring for those who want it. Sparring is never mandatory, especially for beginners. The intensity is always adjusted to your experience level.
